Prices and Descriptions
Indicated prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) are recommended retail prices valid in Switzerland only and include VAT. Indicated prices in Euros (€) are recommended retail prices net of any duty and taxes for all other countries except Germany. Euro-prices indicated in brackets are fixed retails prices including VAT valid for Germany only and are given here for information only.

Prices in CHF apply for orders made through this website with invoice and/or delivery address in Switzerland. Prices in € apply for orders made through this website with invoice and delivery address in any other country. Orders made through this website with delivery address in Switzerland are invoiced incl. VAT, orders with delivery address in any other country are invoiced net of VAT.

Prices, descriptions and release dates are subject to change without notice.

Conclusion and Fulfillment of Contract
With receipt by e-mail of the order by Verlag Scheidegger & Spiess AG (seller) and of the order confirmation by the customer (buyer) the act of sale is regarded as concluded.

With the despatch of the goods from the warehouse of the distributor AVA Verlagsauslieferung AG in CH-8910 Affoltern a.A. the seller's obligations in the sales contract are regarded as fulfilled.

All sales through this website are subject to availability of the selected items.

Payment
Orders from customers resident in Switzerland are fulfilled against open invoice or advance payment by credit card or via a PayPal-account according to customer's preference.

Orders from customers resident in any other country are fulfilled against advance payment by credit card or via a PayPal-account only.

For advance payments the amount due is charged to the credit card or against the PayPal-account for which details are submitted upon despatch of the goods.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled at any time and goods already supplied can be returned within 10 days of receipt at the risk and expense of the customer. Returns must include a copy of our order confirmation.

Reimbursement or credit of the paid amount will be made only to the bank account (for customers resident in Switzerland only), the credit card or PayPal-account through which payment has been made.

Shipping
Goods are shipped by postal service, carefully and appropriately packed, at the risk of the customer.

Delivery time
Delivery time normally is 2–3 working days within Switzerland, 5–10 working days within Europe and 10–25 working days outside Europe.

Delievry times can not be guaranteed.

Imporation costs
For delieveries from Switzerland to addresses in other countries additional costs (duty, taxes and administration fees) may occur upon imortation to the country of destination. These costs may vary subject to local regulation and depending on weight and value of the consignment.

Customs clearance for all shipments of orders made through this website are the responsibility of the ciustomer or recipient of the goods.

Manufacturing Flaws and False Deliveries
Goods with manufacturing flaws (defects) or false deliveries are exchanged without additional costs, and costs for returning such goods are reimbursed. Returns must include a copy of our order confirmation on which the reason for reuturn must be stated.

Reimbursements or credits from returns because of defects or false delivery will be made only to the bank account (for customers resident in Switzerland only), the credit card or PayPal-account through which payment has been made.

Returns of defective goods or false deliveries must also be sent to the address stated in section Cancellation of Orders (see above). No reimbursement or credit can be made for returns sent to any other address.

Applicable Law
Acts of sale conclued through this website are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
