«After reading this book, The Red Book will certainly never be the same. Even Jung will not be the same; now we can really appreciate his impressive technique and immense capacity for focus, patience, and commitment. This book makes an invaluable contribution to understanding Jung and his work, apart from being a true pleasure for the eyes and the soul.» Lucia Azevedo, Jung Journal Culture & Psyche

«Jill Mellick has created a scholarly and stunningly beautiful book that speaks of her awe for, and research about Jung, and his creation of The Red Book. […] The Red Book Hours is a brilliant complement to the mysteries of The Red Book. » Janice Geller, The Journal of Transpersonal Psychology

«Jill Mellick’s outstanding, profound and generous work reveals and discloses for us some of the secrets of Jung’s Red Book. Her work is an original text that helps us to better understand a complex and stratified manuscript. It can be considered an important intellectual instrument for psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and scholars of related disciplines and also a precious source of inspiration for artists. » Marco D’Agostini, Le Simplegadi
